Every clinic visit is visible in the portal — automatically organised into tabs by visit type so your clients can navigate straight to what they need.
Case ID & Visit Date
Each visit shows a unique case ID, date, and status badge for quick scanning.
Follow-up Reminders
If you set a reminder, the date and your notes are visible directly in the case detail.
Diagnosis & Treatment
Chief complaint, diagnosis, and treatment notes are all shown for general visits.
Medicines & Items

Dedicated Vaccination View
Vaccination cases show a completely different detail screen from regular visits — your clients see exactly what was given, when, and when the next dose is due. No mixing with diagnosis or treatment fields.
Vaccine Name
The exact name of each vaccine given — e.g. Rabies, DHPPi, Leptospira.
Date Given & Next Dose Date
Administration date and next scheduled dose — clients know their booster schedule without calling you.
Multiple Vaccines Per Visit
If you administered multiple vaccines in one visit, each appears as a separate card with its own dates and notes.
Lab Reports, Organised by Test Type
All investigations appear in the portal — grouped by test type. Only reports you have verified are marked as confirmed, so clients always know the status.
Report ID & Date
Each report has a unique ID and the visit date for easy reference.
Verification Status
Reports show Verified or Pending clearly until you confirm them.
